Handyman projects can save you a lot of money when comparing with general or specialized contractors who do a lot of sub-contracting.

My goal is to obtain clients who would have more than just one toilet or door to install.  I will give the best hourly rates when I can expect more work from a client.  So, it's better to hire me for a day than just a half a day--the rates would be different.  Likewise, if I can expect to work for a week I will adjust my hourly rate to reflect a discount.

The homeowner has the option to get permits when required, I do not handle that but will work with inspectors for proper construction. Any delays are then up to the homeowner and inspectors before work can be finished.

In order to be legal according to the licensing board of contractors, I must get paid by the hour each day. I DO NOT BID PROJECTS AS CONTRACTS.  I propose a material cost and labor expense for projects.
